Shipping and returns

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). In the UK we offer Standard delivery (3-7 business days) and Express delivery (1-3 business days). We also deliver to the EU and selected international destinations; costs and estimated times are shown at checkout. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

Returns

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, then you have a further 14 days to send it back. Please email us first so we can confirm the return address. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect item? Email us with your order number and a photo and we will put it right.
